Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages event failures from inbound and outbound interface results between NGA systems, client or Third Party Vendors. 
• Determines root cause analysis of failures and work with client, AMO and/or products to eliminate failures (eWS and PEX)
• Assigns tickets to the appropriate team for correction
• Supports clients on HRIS system data input (PEX master data failures).
• Regression, Change Request and New release testing of PEX and eWS
• Project support during implementation Phase (UAT testing and data mapping configuration, support in process definition)

• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
• Understands how the available tools and systems enable the delivery of service excellence
• Effectively gathers and analyses data. 
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Good knowledge on payroll systems
• Promotes using standard practices

• Interest in HR and/or Administrative Support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other European language
• Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines
• Strong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy
