As part of a school curriculum in initial training, you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year, that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a junior HRBP (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus in Saint-Martin site.

This internship is to be filled from February, 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will join the Human Resources Business Partner team within the Engineering function.

The internship will aim to help and participate in the team's activity on all HR aspects (Recruitment, Resource Management, Development, Careers, etc...) Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

  • Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
  • Advising the business on all people related matters.
  • Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
  • Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.
  • Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
  • Support and encourage the development of all employees
  • Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed

Required skills:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4, Bac+5, gap year in Human Resources (or equivalent) and you have the following skills:

- A first support experience or HR experience ideally

- A mastery of computer tools (Windows)

- English: Intermediate

- French: Negotiation

Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Ability to integrate into a team and flexibility to adapt

- Recognized for your organizational skills

- Ability to analyze and synthesize

- and equipped with a strong team spirit. Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
