The client is a fast-growing online marketing and software development agency focused on managing and creating multiple global brands within the I-Gaming industry. With over 30 years combined of experience in the industry and 10 successful brand launches in less than 4 years, they pride themselves on being subject matter experts in the iGaming industry managing to overachieve and hit significant targets after only three years since conception.

They currently employ circa 45 employees in their offices in Camden. They believe in an open door policy and ensure all staff have good access to all Heads of departments. They pride themselves on a fun and laid-back atmosphere, encouraging social interaction on a weekly basis, tempered by a strong desire to succeed and excel within a very competitive, dynamic sector.

They have an extremely flat hierarchy – they are keen to test and implement new ideas quickly, without too much bureaucracy and red tape. They focus on speed to market and implementation which means things are always changing and changing quickly.

As the sole department responsible for maximizing business opportunities, their marketing professionals experience a great deal of responsibility from day one as any decision taken within this department, whether at a regional or product level, will greatly impact the course of action of every other department of the company. The acquisition and marketing team is not only responsible for acquiring media traffic, but for driving business throughout the whole company.

Given this great responsibility, the Affiliate team need a proactive, driven and results driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the Affiliate Managers and Team Lead in driving forward acquisition operations, with the end goal of maximizing traffic and new business acquisitions.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, communication and evaluation of all marketing activities for the business as well as managing revenue share and CPA affiliate relationships.

You will will focus on 3 main responsibility areas, namely:

  1. Business development: Create affiliate relationships with new partners to generate growth of the affiliate channel
  2. Partnership management: Nurture existing affiliate relationships
  3. Account performance: monitor key performance indicators and spend on a regular basis

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in affiliate management and/or account management
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry preferred but not essential
  • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian
  • Experience setting up or managing affiliate channels
  • Great account management and communication skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills

Personality Profile:

  • Commercially minded and excellent understanding of the affiliate model
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills with an eye for sourcing new affiliate partners and traffic sources
  • Connections in the gaming industry is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels within the business and develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rdparty service providers
  • Proven experience using Income Access affiliate platform
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to new situations and changing regulations
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under stressful situations
  • Proactive with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to progress and learn
